"The girl at your desk was excellent, friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile by finding us a room that had just been cleaned so I could check in an hour early. ALSO, a huge plus was your hotel being pet friendly. I initially choose it because of that and everything was wonderful. We hate to leave our small dog behind so this worked out great for us."
